Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Vendor listing plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your vendor portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your paid listing within 14 days of your first payment, email hello@certifiedworldfamous.com for a full refund.

Annual plans

Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly all billing questions within one business day.
