Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Addalign Inc sells the Premium Listing subscription for $19 USD monthly plus applicable tax. You can cancel at any time from your vendor portal; paid benefits continue through the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your paid listing within 14 days of your first payment, email hello@certifiedworldfamous.com for a full refund.

Refunds and disputed payments

Full refunds and disputes suspend paid benefits pending administrator review. Partial refunds alone do not suspend benefits. After paid access ends, owners retain editing and historical inquiries, but advertisements return and new paid lead capture stops.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly all billing questions within one business day.
