Vendor Agreement
Applies to any business that claims or purchases a listing on CWF.
1. Eligibility
You must be authorized to represent the business you claim. We may verify by email at the domain on record or by phone.
2. What you get
Depending on plan: verified badge, contact button, photos/video, priority placement, editorial refresh, insights, and (Featured) homepage placement.
3. Content standards
Accurate hours, prices, and imagery you own. No misleading claims, no fake reviews. We may remove content that violates these standards.
4. Editorial independence
Paying for a listing does not buy editorial coverage or reviews. Our editors write independently.
5. Billing
Stripe subscription in USD. Cancel any time; access runs through the paid period. Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
Either party may end this agreement any time. On termination, your listing reverts to the editorial (unpaid) state.
