Certified World Famous ("CWF", "we", "us") operates an editorial travel guide at certifiedworldfamous.com and related domains. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
2. Editorial listings
Our editors curate destinations and points of interest. Business listings may be created by our editors before a business claims them. Claiming a listing does not modify our editorial coverage.
3. Vendor plans
Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Featured) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time from your account; access continues through the paid period. Refunds are pro-rated only where required by law.
4. Content you submit
You keep ownership of reviews, photos, or business info you submit, but grant CWF a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it in connection with the site. Don't submit content you don't have rights to.
5. Prohibited use
No spam, scraping, misrepresentation, or attempts to compromise the site.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." Hours, prices, and availability change; verify with the business before you go.
